Many high school student-athletes struggle with college life's demanding and independent nature. They may face challenges, such as too much unsupervised free time, injuries, lack of time, little to no film, and poor academic performance. Now, the transfer portal is currently affecting the recruitment process for a great many student-athletes. Now, there are even fewer opportunities right out of high school.
By reclassifying at Virginia A&M, student-athletes will benefit by developing independent and group study skills, receiving intense athletic training, collegiate-level competition, and national exposure to both 2-year and 4-year colleges and universities.
